According to Forbes, only about 4% of Fortune 500 companies have minority CEOs and minorities constitute only 13.3% of corporate board of directors. It is clear that there is an apparent absence of minorities on top. The Corporate Minority seeks to serve as a resource to begin closing the gap. Providing insight, tools, and motivation to support minority groups on their journey to and within the corporate world (business, medical, environmental, technology, software, etc). What is a minority? Minorities include women and people of color.
