Hello & Welcome to my channel I began my cooking journey before 15 years old. I worked my way up regarding quality standards, working along demanding chefs in 1,2,3 Michelin Stars restaurants in Paris, Lyon prior to moving to Verbier(VS)- Switzerland  in order to work in a 18/20 noted in the Guide Gault -Millau. Then i moved to Stockholm-Sweden when İ broadened my cooking knowledge as well as bakery skills. İ worked in China, spent time in Thailand. Bali-İndonesia and İ very much enjoy asian flavouring both in raw food as well as asian-style cooking. Since 5-6 years İ became interested, attracted to healthier alternatives even organic products ...Cooking or baking alternatives meaning gluten-free, less processed-sugar or other forms of sweetener., unbaked...etc. and this channel İ will upload recipe videos according to those principles...
