Weekly Shorts/short videos every Wednesday on the Victorian era, and a seasonal expedition every season! Hosted by two friends, Dr Emma Probett and Dr Hayley Flynn who met while studying for their PhDs in Victorian life and literature, this channel explores the wacky, weird, interesting, and obscure bits of trivia that we've come across in our research. You can catch up on our long form content where we did a seasonal deep dive every month into Victorian concerns like: what kind of corset do you wear in the middle of summer? What does George Eliot's childhood home look like now? Decoding dreams to find out if a lover or an enemy is on the horizon!
