My name is Chris Joswick and I am 19 years old, I am currently a Sophomore at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. This YouTube Channel is mostly about fitness but will include other things that I enjoy doing. The videos you will see can be anything from Workout Edits, Workout Tutorials/Tips, Snowboarding, anything Fitness/Workout related, along with Vlogs following my daily lifestyle! More about me: I am majoring in the Criminology program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I am IUP Army ROTC Cadet, and plan on branching infantry active duty after college and serving for 20+ years. I have been working out for 4 years now, but have been dedicated and consistent with working out for 2 1/2 years. I want to bring my love for fitness everywhere I go, and I am so stoked to see where this journey takes me!
