I’m Barbara Christensen—mindfulness coach, author, and guide in transpersonal and shamanic healing. My work weaves mindset, nutrition, energetic awareness, and Earth medicine to help you live a soul-aligned life. This is where your purpose meets your body, and your story becomes a ritual. Barbara Christensen is a Certified Aromatherapist who specializes in the energy body connection using light, sound, and shamanic approaches. She struggled with her health throughout her childhood and early adulthood which lead her to seek out and become an expert guide in alternative systems. Barbara, has trained in the areas of nutrition, energy modalities and anatomy; & is a student in transpersonal Mindfulness-based Psychology. Barbara ran the largest vegan paleo challenge group on Facebook for a decade, is the creator of the Paleo Vegeo Lifestyle, Ketolicious Reset, Soulates Soulutions, and author, and guide for embodiment at Mindset Unicorn
