Hi I'm Lawrence Taplin. Growing up...the kitchen was the main spot where everyone hung out. Mom was always cooking and we were always tasting. Eating and good company went hand in hand. Just as the tradition continues today, I enjoy cooking with my friends and family but I also love finding new and exciting restaurant's that take me back to feeling like I'm home. As a transit driver I've been in and around various neighborhoods in which I was able to experience amazing places to eat and enjoy the local flavor. You might pass by these places every day and not give a second glance but that's why I'm so excited to introduce BIG EAT'S SMALLSPOTS!
