Welcome to my channel, Thrifty Recipes! I'm somewhat of a witch doctor in the kitchen (at least that's what my husband says). I rarely follow a recipe and Betty Crocker, I'm not. But, I do love to cook and experiment with ingredients and shortcuts to create fast, inexpensive, thrifty and tasty meals and desserts. I rarely shop in normal grocery stores and buy many of my ingredients from ALDI. If you are looking for shortcuts, you are in the right place. I sometimes combine, ready-to-eat items, with other ingredients. I come up with all kinds of interesting results. Time is just as important as cost. I combine the two for fast, inexpensive recipes.
