陳希裕，英文名 Justin Chan，朋友們愛稱呼為Chef J.C或是希師父。 香港出世，美國留學參軍。報讀獸醫，又修讀營養學和化驗學。最後情傾料理. 回來香港後希望憑着對食物的堅持認識，廚藝的技巧，通過創作料理，作為食物和人類味道之間的橋樑。 Chef Justin Chan (a.k.a. Chef JC) was born in Hong Kong. He was brought up under a very diverse family environment where his mother is a Eurasian of Chinese & Portuguese, while his father is a mixed of Chinese & Laotian, which later took a significant place in his influential and creative style of cooking and palette for foods. Chef JC is an advocate for communicating the value and tastiness of traditional foods with a twist of modern taste and techniques.
