Hi I’m Jadd 👋🏻 a Lvl3 Qualified Personal Trainer, welcome to my fitness channel/fitness journey. I started this channel during lockdown at 125.6kg/276.9lbs/19.77 Stone, really depressed and unhappy with my weight and what I looked like, and like the rest of you I made all mistakes while trying to lose fat & ended up giving up. I started to look into calories & what I was eating, as well as consuming all content pertaining to fitness, muscle building and fat loss to help me on my journey and to learn what is the correct, safe, healthy & sustainable way ⭐️ I then started to re build my body, so far I have lost 5 Stone of fat, become a Personal Trainer and started to not only build a muscular physique, but during this process I have learned a lot about how to optimally build muscle as well as the correct gym form, foods to eat, and a lot more.
