Im just a self taught cook, baker and cake decorator, that wants to teach the world what I love to do. As I teach the world im also teaching myself. As someone with a mixed ethnic background I want try new recipes and trends with a little twist of Shay, and show you guys that its ok to try new things and make things your way. God has blessed me with this talent and I just want to be able to teach people that cooking isn't so hard and its really easy. I want people to no longer be afraid of cooking and baking or feel intimidated. When I'm done with you, no matter how hot it gets in the kitchen, you wont back down. No more takeout or fast-food. Let's get back to making things from scratch, let's bring back Home cooked meals and family dinners. With how things are going In the world today, let's find one thing that we can look forward too that allows us to spend time together, make family dinner a safe place for our loved ones to speak about what they have been struggling or dealing with.
