Hello! I am Alotte. Since my family joined me here in the US from Canada, we try to do as much as we can together to get going physically. We like walking and hiking while sightseeing at the same time as our way of destressing, relaxation and finding inner peace within us. Being a Physical Therapist here in the US and used to be a Spa and a Massage Therapist from before, some of my videos will show the correct way of stretching and strengthening, massage therapy that is easy to follow along with some explanations as to the WHAT and WHY as everyday, millions of people are suffering from physical pain such as low back, neck, knee, ankle, foot pain and so on.
