I partner with my clients to develop unique strength goals & create scientifically-backed strength programs. My goal is to help clients feel physically & emotionally powerful, strong & pain free. I believe there is no good or bad posture, there is only posture that is a result of your life, your experiences & your environment. Discovering postural imbalances helps me understand where your pain emanates from & how we can minimize or remove it through improved spinal position & joint function.
