Hi guys! I am Shaiza Zulfiqar future dietitian and nutritionist studying BS Human Nutrition and Dietetics at NUMS. I have started my social media journey to raise awareness among people regarding our nutrition and how closely it affects our health. Most of us do not even think about what we are eating and the effects our diets have on our overall health, energy levels, sleep quality and so on. On top of that, social media is full of garbage miracle solutions promising rapid weight loss, FAD diets and numerous myths and misconceptions regarding food and nutrients. So, it is high time that us nutritionists/dietitians take over this social media game to provide accurate and authentic info for the health and well-being of our people.
