Welcome to Howie's Kitchen. My name is Mark, and I started this channel to give something back to YouTube, as I have learned a lot over the years from this platform. I hope to convey that with a little preparation and effort, cooking isn't that difficult. Hopefully I can help encourage even one person to try something new and gain confidence in their cooking abilities. In addition to hosting dinner parties, my wife and I like to eat great tasting and mostly healthy food. Everything I share on my channel is something we have tried and really liked. Some recipes are completely original, some are ones I have found and adjusted to suit our tastes, and some are ones I have found and not changed one bit.
