Hi, I'm Deborah and I am in love with my Catholic Faith and passionate about health and wellness! After nearly 3 decades dealing with Idiopathic Hypersomnia, PMDD, Depression/Anxiety and Pre-Diabetes, I experienced incredible healing with a Carnivore Diet for 6 months. Although I’m no longer Carnivore, I hope to inspire others to give it or Keto a try! I also want to move beyond diet and experiment with Fasting, Circadian biology techniques and Mitochondrial Repair to improve my hormonal health as a woman trying to concieve in my mid 40’s.
