Hello, my name is Yvonne and to say that I’m health conscious is a bit of an understatement. I’ve been an aerobics instructor, gym goer, cyclist, half marathon runner and generally fitness minded my whole life. I worked out the day I delivered my daughter. After working a desk job for 40 years, I’ve learned how to adapt and stay moving during the workday. As I get older, and particularly over the last 2 years dealing with COVID I’ve noticed a need to be even more deliberate about “movement” breaks throughout the day. Without those regular, deliberate breaks from an otherwise sedentary daily routine my health and quality of life suffered. SO, I am going to suggest we try to “reset” during the day. The content on this channel will provide 7-minute videos that can be done in your work clothes, will fire up those large muscle groups, relieve your aching back and neck and refocus your wandering mind.
