Hello and Welcome! I am a former professional dancer with the Sarasota Ballet, American Folk Ballet, and free lanced in Los Angeles. I trained at the North Carolina School of the Arts, and also studied ballet, tap, flamenco, jazz, modern, and theater around the world. I am a Barre certified teacher and love to work out! I am a hard working mom with two beautiful daughters, an amazing husband, and have a lot of life experience to share with you. This channel includes dance themed workouts for dancers and non dancers.
