I focus on helping people improve their health & wellness. For decades, prescription drugs failed to resolve my sky-high serum triglycerides (i.e., fat in the blood) which can lead to heart disease. I had also become prediabetic and was on a trajectory to becoming obese. After realizing that low-fat & plant-based diets were not working for me, I stumbled on the keto diet. Within the first few weeks on keto, I saw a huge improvement not only in my triglycerides, but also in my HDL-C (good cholesterol), and I was no longer prediabetic. So, I felt compelled to share my experiences results & practices with others who might also benefit from keto. I also have a passion for portrait drawing which inspired me to help novice portrait artists learn drawing tips that can help them achieve more accurate likenesses which, for many, is a major hurdle in realistic portrait drawing.
