Hey it's Erik here with THAT LEAN LOOK I've done photography and videography for a lot of the top fitness companies out there and with the knowledge I've learned and from my own fitness struggles and triumphs, I wanted to come out with a program that was suited for guys looking to get ripped while still living the lifestyle they wanted. I personally like to work hard and play hard, I stick to a schedule during the week and then on the weekends like to go out and eat like crap.
