Cooking is my passion, what I like and enjoy to do. I decided to create Pita Project so I can share with everyone my favorite food recipes and my daily cooking ideas. Since I can remember myself, I was spending most of my time in the kitchen trying to cook and wasting my mom’s food supplies as I was experimenting with recipes. I learned how to cook from my parents and grandma. I love Armenian and Mediterranean cuisine, but I always explore different cuisines, as being exposed to new flavors gives us an understanding of other cultural values and different perspectives on life.
