What's up?! I'm really excited about this channel! I've always been fairly athletic but in recent years i've gotten a bit lazy with my health and fitness. That ends today! I'm ready to take charge of my life and get in the best shape of my life! I've gotten a personal trainer and am beginning some new healthy eating habits supported by Isagenix! My goals this year are to lose 30 LBS (started this at 207.7) I want to have 12% body fat. I want to complete my first ever Triathlon! I want to have a visible 6 pack abs!
