This is a virtual fitness studio created by Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer, Jessi Haggerty. A love note from Jessi: After working as a personal trainer and fitness instructor for over a decade, I recognized that so many women and men were coming to see me because of something they deeply disliked about their body - "love handles," "saddle bags," "bat wings," "back fat," "belly flab," - I've heard it all. With this virtual fitness studio, my goal is to challenge viewers to set a different intention. Instead of coming here to hate your body, come here to love it. Come here to nourish it and give it exactly what it needs simply by showing up to do the work. These workouts will challenge you stand on the edge of your comfort zone; they will make your body burn, sweat, and shake. Ultimately, I hope they help you love your body for all that it can do for you.
