Hello there, my name is Forlahkeh Adegunle(HA-DEH-GUN-LEH). I am the owner of StayFitFitness, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist located in Texas, United States of America. I use my experience as a Fitness Trainer while in the Military, leading several group fitness trainings including running bootcamps for several years to lead you through workouts designed for every fitness level. I am a mom of 3 children through C section and a wife. Most of the workouts we do is what I use to lose over 65pounds in less than 1 year after having my 3rd child. This is more than a passion to me, it is a ministry that the Lord has called me into. Let's StayFit together.
