The official YouTube channel for Mass Realty. MassRealty's goal is to disrupt the real estate industry by reimagining the buying process and putting the power back into the hands of the people. Instead of buying homes using traditional real estate agents, we are creating a self-service model where buyers can do most of the work themselves and earn 2% of the listing price as a reward (for example, buyers will receive a $10k rebate when buying a $500k home). MassRealty is looking to replace the advice of a single agent with insight from the local community. Our thesis is that the people working and living in an area are the best source of content and advice for those looking to find out more about the neighborhood. Buyers can take their time finding their dream home without the pressure of a sales person. Once the buyer identifies their dream home, our agents will help them negotiate and process the paperwork (what agents are good at).
