Roasting Romans is a Belgian barbecue competition team. We are all low and slow barbecue enthusiasts. None of us are professional chefs. We do, however, have a real butcher... and project managers, a car sales guy, a lawyer, an electrician, a windowcleaner and our team captain is a physiotherapist.
