On my Channel, The Inner Whisper Coach, you will find ASMR-coaching video clips that address real life situations through a systemic constellation approach. As a professional, certified lifecoach, I find that it helps people to have a helicopterview of their life and to understand the elements that play a role in that. I provide that helicopter view through The Symbol Trail - a coaching tool I developed and with which I work with clients. Nothing in life is systemic or structured, but a having a mental "grid" can help enormously to process what is happening. ASMR is an excellent way of combining one with the other: the ASMR relaxed mind is more open to being coached, to finding the answer behind the answer, to venture out of the habitual comfort zones and to do something different. I invite everybody out there - especially those viewers who are susceptible to ASMR, to have a look at my videos.
