Namaste and welcome to my channel centered around Ayurveda, Yoga, and Hinduism! My name is Prasiddha and I am 28 years old, currently split between teaching dharmic education and running my Ayurveda practice. The past few years of my life have taken me from Ecuador to Thailand to India, and from a Catholic straight A student to a traveling Hindu living a not-so-conventional lifestyle. This channel is my chance to share my journey of spiritual evolution and conscious living in order to inspire you and help us both grow! I truly hope I get the chance to connect to each one of you and serve in any way that I can.
