My plant-based (Vegan) journey began in February 2018 for health reasons. My diet evolved in May 2019 to include seafood, eggs and dairy. "Make It Plant Based" channel features everyday plant-based recipes. I strive to prepare recipes that are not only delicious, but nutritious. I'll share the occasional "cheat", (not so nutritious), dish; Plant Based versions of everyday carnivore dishes that many of us grew up enjoying.
