This channel is more indept view of who I am, and how I became the person I am and what I am going to be doing in the future, on here I am going to be showing you, my travels around the world mainly in Africa, Ghana specifically and also bringing fitness to the masses. After being a track and field coach and coaching over 12 Olympic athletes over the last 15 years.
