I’m Lloyd Evans, a writer, author, and cult analyst with lived experience inside a high-control religion. For more than 14 years, I have researched, documented, and explained the mechanisms of fear, control, and information management used by such groups, drawing on primary sources and established research. My work also explores the long-term effects of these systems and how people can regain autonomy, critical thinking, and informed consent after leaving.
