Jim Burdumy is a certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach and owns Elite Core Fitness in King of Prussia. Jim does corporate wellness, public speaking and works one on one with people and helps others with their stress, nutrition, fitness, pain, lifestyle, etc. I grew up in Philadelphia and went to college at Penn State University. I was always interested in fitness and health, but a lot of what I learned and experimented with from the time I was 16 through my college years got me overweight and weighing 217lbs (not solid). It wasn't until I learned the right information (cause let's face it, there is a ton of bad information out there) and started taking care of myself in a different way that I started to see my transformation.
