Welcome to Mindful Health and Fitness!! Hi, I’m Sarah — a Group Fitness Instructor with over a decade of experience and a 200-hour certified yoga teacher (YogaRenew). I’m also certified in Pilates, barre, Zumba®, cycling, mobility, boot camp, and aerial yoga. I grew up dancing—ballet, jazz, modern, and tap—and later taught ballroom for years. I hold a degree in Education from Marymount Manhattan College and a Master’s in Psychology from Harvard, which shape the intentional, inclusive way I guide movement.
