F.B.I. Improv (aka, "The Factory Boys) was founded in late 2009/early 2010 by Chuck Beatty, Jared Eng-Hong, Sean O'Keefe and Chris Nelson. They have performed at several locations on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, including Colington Harbor, Kill Devil Hills, Jeannette's Pier and Aviation Park (their primary headquarters). They have also done several shows in Manteo, NC, namely at The Art Village. Chuck, Sean and Jared are graduates of the College of the Albemarle in Manteo, NC, and Sean is an alumni of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, holding a bachelors degree in Communication Studies, with a concentration in Media and Film Production. Chuck, Jared, Sean, and Jeff all currently reside in Southern Shores, which is part of the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
