My name is Athena, and I'm a dancer, choreographer, and ballet teacher. My mission is to combat harmful aspects of dance culture such as body shaming, favoritism, and extreme perfectionism and create a safe space for dancers to do the thing they love. I recently started my own online dance school, B+ Dance. I teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced ballet and pointe. Someday, I hope to create a dance studio and professional company.
