The Shiv behind the Stories… Storytelling is what moves society forward. It’s the single thread that connects humanity across space and time. All too often, we don’t stop to recognize the patterns across all of our stories. That’s where I come in. By sharing my own stories with you all, I hope to offer camaraderie and connection on topics I call "Lifestyle Psych". At first glance, it can seem a lot like the "self-help" genre, but it's not. While self-help proclaims "if this, then that!" ...Lifestyle Psych probes "if this, then what?" In Lifestyle Psych, it's okay to present more questions than answers. Because when we ask these questions, we realize we're not the only ones wondering.
