As an experienced Pilates Instructor, Teacher Trainer, and Licensed Acupuncturist, Brooke bridges these distinct, but interconnected practices into her own style that celebrates movement, embodiment, presence, strength, and self-love. As a lifetime athlete and mother of two, her passion for working with people spans a broad range of needs, goals, and abilities. She's equally inspired and adept when working with elite athletes on the WNBA Seattle Storm team, helping new moms heal diastasis, and supporting clients through prehab or rehab. Brooke's unique voice highlights the depth and artfulness of Classical Pilates and Chinese Medicine, making them accessible to all as a balanced, aligned way of living.
