I'm all about good eating and cooking as much food from scratch as possible. In this channel my plan is to demonstrate the preparation of the basic pantry staples in our home and other recipes as well. I've been cooking and in the food industry for decades but video editing is new to me so this is a learn-as-I-go experimental channel. Expect the format of the videos to change and hopefully get better over time as I refine my skills.
