Official Videos of Singer-Songwriter Dawson Cowals Hi! My name is Dawson Cowals (koh-walls) and I'm a contemporary Christian singer-songwriter who has been writing and performing songs since the late 1990s. I was a worship leader at multiple churches in Oregon for many years as well as sharing at camps, retreats, and coffee shops, before our family moved to Florida in 2021. I am currently active on the worship team at our new church in Sarasota. I have released several albums of original songs with the most recent being "Coffee Shop Songs" and "Looking Up At the Same Star." My songs range from love and wedding songs like "Cord of Three Strands" or "Stop the Sun" to revived hymns such as "Turn Your Eyes" and songs of encouragement and faith like "I Am With You" and "Peace." My music has been described as "Dave Matthews sings Rich Mullins" and fans of Christian songwriters like Steven Curtis Chapman, Brandon Heath and Jeremy Camp will probably enjoy my songs.
