The center is a resource to anyone interested in learning more about and implementing accessible educational materials (AEM) and NIMAS. The AEM Center, supported by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP), works with state and local education agencies, educators, families, disability advocates, technology experts, publishers, accessible media producers and others to improve the timely delivery and use of high-quality accessible educational materials to students with disabilities. Our website—aem.cast.org—offers an array of products and services for knowledge development, technical assistance, training and collaboration and are available in various forms including interactive decision-making tools, videos, webinars, and downloadable briefs.
