Hi my lemon drops! My name is Briannah. I'm a certified personal trainer, biology nerd (ECU Pirates!), and am in school to be a registered dietitian (UA- Roll Tide!). I believe fitness and nutrition are the cornerstones of optimal health for all humans. As someone who has been immersed in fitness has a passion for health and human biology for over ten years, I like to think I can spot nonsense when I see it. That's the purpose of my channel.
