Welcome to my channel where I post weekly at home workout and general wellness videos! Who am I?: A certified personal trainer, NASM (CES) group fitness and yoga instructor (E-RYT 200), sometime gardener, hiker, dog lover and most importantly, mother. As I near my 50s, I understand that life can get busy/complicated and sometimes all you have is 15 minutes to spare. All the videos on this channel reflect this consideration and are designed to be "short and sweet", so that you can find the time to join me in this journey toward greater health.
