http://www.MItchSpinach.com Mitch Spinach Edutainment Inc. is a Non Profit Co. on a mission to get kids to eat more fruits and vegetables. Through their award-winning children's book series, The Secret Life of Mitch Spinach and the brand new Mitch Spinach Kids Kitchen Cooking Show hosted by the husband and wife authors' daughter, 12 year-old chef expert Shannon Isabella, they are already helping thousands of children and families to eat healthier. Their ultimate goal of a weekly Mitch Spinach cartoon can hopefully be realized through community support to produce the Mitch Spinach animated series. Already, a PBS affiliate and Saturday morning programming stations have been interested in airing this innovative, entertaining and much needed animated series. Once Mitch Spinach Edutainment can raise the necessary funds to produce the show, they will quickly begin production enabling them to reach and improve the health of millions of children in the US and abroad.
