Tistrya is a Spiritual teacher, Yoga & Meditation teacher, Channel, Ascension Guide, Light Worker & Mother. Tistrya shares her healing modalities through Yoga or inner shadow work. She is especially passionate about working with the body and through the body and interested in the messages and signs that arise to assist our healing. Through her Yoga teachings you can learn to connect with your body and become more in tune with the messages that are coming up for you. If you wish to go deeper, connection to your Higher Self can also be attained through her teachings. Connecting to your Higher self or Source, is the main goal for each and every day. Once you are connected, there is nothing else you need to do but surrender into the flow. Tistrya is also a mother of three, her children have come to assist in her awakening and inspired her on to a path of healing.
