Cosmopolis is a new kind of group: three musicians based around the world - in Belgium, Australia and England - making music together, sometimes physically and other times virtually. They create dark, haunting music, drawing on a wide range of influences ranging from the Velvet Underground, through Radiohead to Massive Attack, and genres such as dark wave, post-rock and post-punk. 
 Cosmopolis will be releasing brand new music regularly during 2023, with the atmospheric new single "Parasite" dropping on 3rd March. 
 The name Cosmopolis is inspired, among other things, by the European literary magazine of the same name published simultaneously in London, Paris, Berlin and St Petersburg during the 1890s.
