I placed 5th out of 5!!! While that was exciting, the next two years were all about change, and keeping up my routine was challenging. Well- I am doing it again!! I will be training and modifying my diet to GET IN SHAPE!!! I have a method that I use to gradually ease into my training that makes it so easy to adapt into your lifestyle-anyone can do it and make getting fit a permanent part of your life!!
