Food is one of the main reasons I love to travel. I am George Joseph (Traveling Chef) and I am excited to share my food journey with you. I am a professional chef who ran a few restaurants throughout my career. I have been teaching cooking classes for the past 7 years and I really enjoy talking about the food and passing my knowledge and passion for food to other people.
