I like to cook, grill, and smoke using different appliances, griddles, and smokers. I own a lot of Ninja products, three Big Green Eggs, a Pitts and Spits pellet smoker, and three Blackstone griddles. I have Instant Pots and a Joule sous vide as well. I will try and post more cooks using my other tools. This is all for fun and I will do my best to keep my videos short and to the point.
