I am a runner who started my training journey 18 months ago. During this time, I have learned a lot which has helped me and I would like to be able to help others as well. I have gone from running a 37 minute 10k to a 31:38 minute 10k and from a 17 minute 5k to a 5k in 15:13. I have 2 main goals over the next few months which I would love for you to follow: 1. To run under 3:50 for the 1500m 2. To run under 1:50 for the 800m While documenting my training, I am going to explain what specific types of training that I think other people can do to improve their own times. I think that there isn't enough clear information out there for people who want to get better at running and I am hoping that I can help people understand what they need to do to progress. I would genuinely love to be able to help people out there who are interested in running, and would greatly appreciate anyone who subscribes to and shares my channel.
