Founded in 2018, Washington University in St. Louis China Forum is a student-run organization that aims to serve as a resource for future leaders of all backgrounds and nationalities wishing to engage China’s emergence as a rising economic force on the global stage. The organization’s goal is to promote a more nuanced understanding of China and Asia, allowing more students to encounter new perspectives beyond the binary world view of East-versus-West.
