This channel is dedicated to helping as many people as possible understand what it takes to lead a healthy, balanced lifestyle, whilst also looking and feeling great. Bodybuilding has taught me a way of life that I believe is the perfect blueprint for a healthy, happy existence. This isn't just lifting weights, this is a lifestyle choice and I'm going to spend the next months/years documenting as much as I can along the way to hopefully help as many people as possible, because not everyone can afford coaching, so with any luck those that can't will learn enough here to help them along the way.
